Delivery Policy
Despatch Times
Amiibo Cards and Badges -
All orders received by 3pm Monday to Friday will be put into the post box same day
All orders received after 3pm Monday to Thursday will be put into the post box the following day
All orders received between 3pm Friday and 3pm Sunday will be put into the post box Sunday.

All other items -
Will be despatched 3-5 days from date of order, as these are hand made to order, and take longer to make.

Delivery Services
My standard shipping service is Royal Mail 2nd Class.
At the moment I only despatch to the United Kingdom.
Delivery Charges:-
Up to 100g - £0.75
100g – 200g - £1.50
200g – 1kg - £4.00
Over 1kg - £6.75

If you need your order sooner please upgrade your delivery at checkout (there will be an additional small charge) and your order will be despatched by 1st Class.

Please note that delivery times may vary from Royal Mail due to the current pandemic so please allow up to 14 days for you to receive your order, sorry this is out of my hands.
Return & Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns and cancellations.
Just contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Post items back to me in there original condition within 15 days of receiving to receive a full refund minus postage
Request cancellation 24 hours after purchasing
Items that cannot be returned are as follows:
Amiibo Cards (unless the wrong character has been sent in error)
Custom or personalised orders.
Digital downloads.
Items on sale or offered at a special discount.

Condition of Return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is returned not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
Lost Packages
In the unfortunate circumstance that your order doesn't arrive within the stated time frame please don't hesitate to contact me so we can resolve this immediately.
Please note that if you provide an incorrect address, we are not liable to send you a replacement. Please double check your address information before you confirm the order.
Refunds will only be issued if your order has not arrived after a full 30 working days after it's despatch date in the UK.
